About Ken Birks

Ken Birks is an ordained pastor, prophetic Bible teacher, and author whose ministry has shaped lives for over four decades. Known for his balanced, passionate teaching style, Ken carries a deep burden to see the Body of Christ rise into the fullness of Ephesians 4:13—walking in unity, maturity, and divine purpose. 

He is semi-retired, focusing on writing and also serves as a wedding and funeral officiant in the Sacramento Region, and has been married to his wife Lydia for 46 years plus.

A Genuine Christian Believes.....

  • that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and heaven, because Jesus is both God and man and the mediator between God and man.
  • that their sins are forgiven and covered by the blood of Jesus Christ.
  • that Jesus Christ was the manifestation of God in the flesh as well as a great prophet and teacher.
  • that repentance is necessary for salvation, but is an ongoing experience of being continutally conformed into the image of Christ.
  • that they are filled with the Holy Spirit, who is the third person of the Godhead
  • in the second coming of Jesus Christ
  • in the resurrection of the just and the unjust - the just to everlasting life and the unjust to eternal damnation.
