Why We Need to Be Water Baptized -- Jesus commanded us to.

First of all, Jesus commanded it, and if we knew nothing more than this, this would be reason enough. It should really be our first step of obedience. It’s the first thing Jesus wants from us after receiving Him into our lives.

Matthew 28:18-19 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
